In June 2022 we held our employee day at TAP1. After visiting the location, we knew it was the perfect place for the day and the way the team met us was very professional and solution-oriented. In our workplace we are many employees which means that there are many practical challenges that has to be solved. With a workplace that accommodates almost 600 employees, TAP1 gave us ideas and suggestions on how we could run our event in a highly professional manner, and by extension, possible contacts who would be able to help us. The framework at TAP1 allowed us to create a perfect and very interesting day for our colleagues and has resulted in very positive feedback. On that note, we are therefore interested in collaboration with TAP1 again on another occasion.

Our collaboration with TAP1 for our event has been a blend of pragmatism and positive surprises. At first glance, TAP1 may not strike you as the typical venue for a finance-focused gathering, given its raw and industrial ambiance. TAP1's flexibility in floor plans has been amazingly adaptive to our vision.We've been able to shape the space according to our vision, making it an ideal backdrop for our fintech extravaganza event. Working with the TAP1 team has been a pleasure. Their commitment to understanding our needs and project objectives left us with the impression that they were an integral part of our own team. The collaboration felt seamless, and the support provided was beyond our expectations. With a keen understanding of our requirements, they helped us curate the perfect team of suppliers for the entire event. This network proved invaluable in ensuring every detail, from logistics to aesthetics, was meticulously executed. We visited quite a few venues and TAP1 was by far our favourite. We were taken with the personality of the venue and staff straight away. Everyone has been very helpful the whole way through and very responsive. And everyone is incredible knowledgeable about the industry as well, so we felt like we were in good hands the whole way through.

We've arranged the chocolate festival at TAP1 for almost 10 years (. . .). We like the ongoing development in our festival and the way things are handled here. So that' s why we're super excited to organize the annual chocolate festival in TAP1. Because of the close cooporation and experience from the past years, the teamwork has made any production issues easy to solve.
